• The Client retains ownership of their brand assets, proprietary content, and data.

• Kaitsta reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Service Modifications & Termination

• Kaitsta may modify services, pricing, or features at any time, with prior notice.

• Either party may terminate the subscription with a 30-day written notice.

• Kaitsta reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client violates these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaitsta is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance levels due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
