Responsibilities
  • - Communicate with customers email and chat (non-voice only)
  • - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • - Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • - Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
  • - Any bachelor's degree
  • - At least 3 years' of experience as a customer support executive
  • - Excellent email and live chat etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • - Ability to work in shifts

INR 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 per annum
